Illuminated tact switch is an electrical equipment switch, which belongs to one of the passive

components.It can not be used alone. It can only cooperate with the active components to form

a set of control system,and its role can be brought into play.

Assembly process of light touch switch:

First, assemble circuit: first, put the switch of the descending circuit on the sandwich layer first,

and then touch the silver paste lamp on the switch. It should be placed in the middle of the sandwich,

without foam, and then put on the circuit. Pay attention to the alignment of the upper and lower circuits,

and the contacts shall not be misplaced.

② Tail punch line: punch off the tail punch line with a tool holder, and the tail punch lines at both ends

shall be uniform. Use a rubber ruler to align the inner edge of the discharge hole with the end line from

top to bottom. It is important to note that the ruler should be glued to the other side of the line to avoid

sticking to the silver paste.

③ Make at least three circles, tap the ventilation slot together, and be careful to avoid passing through

the intersection of the upper and lower lines. If so, it should be sealed with clear glue.

④ Post circuit board: post the detected panel on the circuit. When posting, pay attention to the alignment

of the four corners, scrape the surface rubber bubble, and post it to the open place to see if it is adhered.
